This is an English translation provided for your convenience. The Dutch version of these terms and conditions is legally binding.
These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by I-JOB, a company based in the Netherlands. They have been drawn up to provide clarity for both parties — about what you may expect from us and vice versa. Do you have any questions? Please feel free to contact us.
Part 1 — Website development
1. Management
- The website is developed and managed by the I-JOB team.
- The client communicates their requirements, and I-JOB will build the website in accordance with those requirements.
2. Scope of services
The purpose of I-JOB is to create websites (and webshops). In most cases, websites are built using WordPress. Online shops are generally set up with Shopify (hereinafter referred to as the "website").
I-JOB provides:
- The complete layout
- The functional elements of the website
- The structure of the web pages
- The management of the website
Our task is to put a business on the online map as effectively as possible.
I-JOB does not provide as standard:
- Images
- Logo(s)
- Copy (texts)
All of the above may be ordered as an option. Please discuss this prior to the development of the website.
3. Right to revision
- The client is given ample time to provide feedback: 120 minutes following delivery.
- The I-JOB team will implement the changes within 2 working days at the latest. Any additional costs are stated elsewhere on this page.
4. Costs
The costs of a complete website consist of two components:
- Website development, including feedback after delivery.
- The recurring costs for a standard website are €24.95 per month excl. VAT, invoiced annually. These costs may vary.
The annual costs are based on:
- Domain name registration + renewal
- Web hosting registration + renewal
- Secure SSD servers
- Unlimited custom email addresses
- 24/7 access to email addresses and website
- 20 minutes of updates / minor changes per month
- Daily scan by Patchman
- SSL certification
- 5,000 MB SSD storage
- Unlimited data traffic
- Unlimited databases
- Weekly back-ups + off-site storage
- DDoS protection up to 1.5 Tb/s
- Servers located in the Netherlands
Changes may be carried out once a month at no additional cost. For changes exceeding 20 minutes per month, a standard hourly rate of €95.00 applies. Please contact us for larger modifications.
Other costs:
These services are only carried out by prior arrangement.
4.2 Late payment
If a client with a purchased website pays the annual renewal costs late, additional charges will be incurred. The client always has at least one month to settle the invoice. If the website goes offline as a result of late payment, I-JOB shall not be liable for any damage resulting from the late payment of the invoice. Invoices are sent by email to the email address known to us. Payment is not compulsory; however, timely notice that the service is to be terminated is appreciated.
5. Migration
If desired, the client may manage the website on their own server. The migration costs amount to a one-off fee of €49.00 to €950.00, depending on the size of the website and the duration of the service: the longer the client has been a customer, the lower the migration costs. The exact amount is determined by mutual agreement. Following migration, all recurring costs lapse.
6. Guarantee
- I-JOB offers a guarantee: not satisfied = no payment or a refund.
- This guarantee is valid for as long as the website has not gone live without password protection. The guarantee lapses as soon as the website is made public — the password is only removed with your consent.
7. Online availability
- I-JOB reserves the right to take or keep a website offline if there is reason to do so.
- Such reasons may include: non-payment (or late payment) of invoices, fraudulent practices on the website, or complaints from third parties.
- We will never take a website offline without reasonable cause.
8. Invoicing
- I-JOB generally invoices after the service has been delivered. The payment term is approximately 14 days. In the event of late payment, an additional 10% administration fee will be charged for every 7 days of delay.
- In certain cases, an advance payment of 10 to 80% applies.
9. Delivery
- The delivery of services is usually determined in consultation. I-JOB aims for a delivery time of 1 week; in almost all cases this is discussed in advance.
- The delivery period excludes revisions.
10. Promotions
- I-JOB occasionally runs promotions in which every client may participate.
- Commission: referring others to our services earns you a discount. Please contact us regarding referrals and commission arrangements.
Discounts on our website packages are only valid if web hosting is also purchased.
11. Responsibility
I-JOB is not responsible for functional errors after approval. Resolving such errors falls outside our liability. Outages may occur; however, the availability of websites hosted by I-JOB stands at 99.99%.
When a client supplies photographs for use on the website, the client thereby confirms that they hold the right to use these photographs. Any claims or legal actions cannot be brought against I-JOB. We do not verify whether supplied materials are free of copyright.
If a client makes changes to the website themselves and this causes problems, such as certain functions ceasing to work, I-JOB shall not be liable and we offer no free-of-charge guarantee for resolving such issues. We are, of course, happy to assist at the applicable hourly rate.
12. Performance
I-JOB always makes every effort to serve a business well. Should our performance fall short of expectations, we will seek an appropriate solution. Please contact us immediately if you are dissatisfied.
13. Ambiguities / disputes
Timely communication is essential in the event of any ambiguity. I-JOB has no exceptional conditions — in case of any uncertainty, please communicate in good time so that we can provide an answer.
14. Enjoyment
Above all, I-JOB values enjoyment in what we do. These terms and conditions exist to provide clarity about the expectations of both parties. Transparency comes first, and we regard every individual and business as one team.
Part 2 — Team terms
